'I wanted to send you a thank you for the way the event was run yesterday, Everything from the safety guy at the transition to the marshals out on the course, even the cake ladies upstairs. It was run with perfection. It was my first tri and if all tri are run with this amount of professionalism, it's a sport I will continue to do. Hopefully this event will be run again next year, if so I for one will be there'.

'I guess you'll be having your ' wash-up' meeting in a few days, so I wanted you to pass onto the committee my thanks for a really enjoyable event.  The organisation was spot on and we were very impressed at how many marshalls you managed to rally to stand around the bike and run course - I know how hard a task it is getting enough people, so well done'.

'I just wanted to say a big thank you to you, and the other organisers and marshalls for a super day yesterday.  It was my first triathlon, and I really enjoyed it!  I thought the day was very well organised, and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere.  The cycle ride in particular was amazing - with beautiful views, mist on the fields, etc; and the running route worked well too, with the down-hill and up-hill sections.  I do hope you are planning to do it again next year - or is it too early to be comtemplating that after all the hard work this year?  '
